WHy wouldnt they? They gave several addon armour for various tanks ingame like the T series and even the XM8

Hell, they gave the CH2 addon armour when they could have made each and every hull addon its own tank

To be fair only one nation has Truly capable SPAA at top tier, with the other nations have good or nothing.
