That discussion was already had. J-10 is not developed from Lavi, but technical information from the Lavi was purchase to help with J-10 development that China was doing independently based on the J-9 project.

Generally, WT updates follow a pattern, small, big, small, big, small. So the upcoming June update will probably be pretty big and therefore have a longer dev blog period.
