why? they have a lot of TD’s at that are of BR, and a lot of them perform as good as or better than the StuG. what variant would be added?

Sadly no KV-1B… but KV-1 (1942) would fill its role, although it would likely be 4.3-4.7 instead of 4.0, unfortunately :/

4.7 will be rough lineup wise for inexperienced players csuse there is 1 4.7 spaa and no other tanks

Exactly, it would be a shame… a 4.7 Heavy Tank and SPAA, and the rest of the lineup, 4.0s that are now being uptiered to 5.7.
The thing is, seeing how KV-1 (ZiS-5) is 4.7, I can totally see them making KV-1 (1942) 4.7 too.
Unless they made it 4.3? Maybe this new tank’s role is to fill the gap between the 4.0 KVs and the 4.7 one?
All I know is, I am not spawning short 76mm-armed tanks against Panthers, Tigers and M4A2/3 (76)Ws xD That’s why I don’t play KV-1 (ZiS-5), as much as I would love to.

Again its why ive advocated for the kv-1b as it fits the current BR and future BR better. I also think it would be more understandable to add over the tiger 2 but that cat is already out of the bag and gaijin chose that path. Also i agree with the t34’s going to 4.0 but when the kv-1’s and armored variants of the t34 and kv-1 are at the same br there is a problem that compression is still a huge problem. Thats another topic tho. Regardless i would say im excited for a new heavy tank on sweden and russia but ill only have fun playing the russian one since itll actually have a lineup to play with. (Rant over now keep sending me threats in my DM’s idc)

Guys, do you know why “flare priority” is always 4 flares 2 chaff, and not 2 flares 1 chaff? The latter would be so much better
It’s usually based on the location of launchers. If there are seperate launchers, it will fire double with one on each side but if it is one launcher that is centered like the Mirage 2000 it will fire one sequence.
