Not really, for starters majority of it would be copy paste, which we can understand for Sub trees that are being used to fill that gaps, but for an entire independent sub tree? It would make an entire tree thats in many ways just sub par to every other independent nation, both in terms of strength in lineups, and how interesting it is. Not every nation or even cluster of nations has what it takes to be an independent tree in war thunder, and Benelux is a good example

There is still room for both.
France has got 4 lines so there a room for the 5th line.
Helis well look at the US and China before comparing France.
As for ground France needs more MBT’s and again France has room for that. The same as Britain with the Vickers lines.
But at the end of the day they could end up adding a sub nation tab within a nation.
Perhaps to test the waters.
And who doesn’t use Leos?
Bar the fact most to all Leos are modified to the specs the buying nation wants.
Most future nations selling points won’t be MBTs but the other stuff. Like IFV, APCs and WW2 stuff.

France has lots of unique stuff of their own. They dont need a sub-TT - they need more unique models being made for them.
Look at France aviation. They have so many unique stuff left that they could get - but they just arent.

Being unique and needs aren’t really a factor when it comes to gaijin.
Yes France could have loads of there own things but at the end of the day which creates more hype and investments ?
A whole new sub tree with two nations or just a handful of the same old stuff.

Well… France needs IFV’s, SPAA’s, Strike aircraft at the mid and lower br’s.
France needs more frigates, dreadnaughts, an entire Coastal TT.
We haven’t gotten any. Except for 2 5.7 SPAA and one at 3.0

MBT with countless variants well also being globally exported strikes again.
That and Gaijin loves MBTs over everything else for ground.
Again you going for players needs, over more players from those sub tree regions as they = more money.
France has a total of 91 air vehicles (including premium and event).
all of their ranks up till rank VI are lack-lustering.
No good fighter, no good air defence fighter, no/bad CAS, no decent interceptor.
i am rank VII france air - having almost every french plane in the game… believe me… it sucks, they could get better; and they should get better.
I mean I found rank 2 to 4 ok not the best but doable for ground.
Rank 1 would really benefit from the Benelux sub tree .
For air it’s not really that hard I found it quiet fun sometimes.
i didnt say i didnt have fun - i had.
The planes that are in the game right now just suck at their current br and place.
Personnally i think we need more (more than the 0 we have) support/IFV/APC/light tank than more MBT for top tier.
Our 4 MBT can be good if they still continue to unnerf them (better shells, better armor, spall liner, 90km/h, 4s reload, better mobility (hyperbar engine of Leclercs not taked into account in WT). They can be crazy good, but since StAtIsTicS are everything… only copium) etc etc…

You have more cool light than us, and with stab.
Oh and you have an IFV that use an ATGM made in part by us, and we still don’t have it :p
Maybe the low-BR test flight will get redone too, the difference in the visual quality for the units on the Peleliu IJAAF one is massive compared to the recently changed Pearl Harbour USAAF one.
Enlisted might show that being in the plans, they have a high-quality model of the Type 1 Ho-Ha which currently features in the testdrive as a low-quality model.
They also have the Nakajima L2D, whose C-47A counterpart was ported here and is currently in use on the USA lowtier testflight.
That IFV has no stab
which I dont know why they didnt add the AMX10P with the milian and milian 2, but gaijin works in weird ways also the IFV has no stab either
Not this one indeed, was just talking about the part French atgm you use on that IFV, and that we still have to pay if we want access to an IFV :p
