That’s true but since Gaijin seems to think PL-8 is OP and reluctant to add, I have already lost hope

Every other tree can grind with bombing bases but there are no Chinese prem that can do so. Granted the A-5C is an excellent fighter, its effectiveness is still suboptimal. It took me 370 kills plus 90 ish in F-104A and J-7E to get to the F-5E.
Suggestions are being made for the Chinese incendiary bombs to be mounted however, which might mean that Q-5s can potentially do so.

This is not testing data though.
You twll someone else that they are talking about a missile that they know nothing about and that isn’t finished (how do you test a missile that isn’t finished).
Yet you yourself are just throwing around a range number wirh pretty much no testing data to support it. What makes it so that I have to believe this number is true without back up data?
I might hope PL-7 switch to tier II, PL-5C instead of PL-5B and PL-2 move to tier IV but replace by PL-8
J-7D increase BR for Air AB, Air RB & Air SB to 11.3
PL-8B better PL-8 and new op IR AAM

What gaijin really needs to do is introduce a competitive PL-5 Variant (Namely PL-5E) instead of PL-5C as our best PL-5 (and maybe a better PL-8?)
Speaking of Chinese missiles, currently there are too many missing missiles that should have been implemented to fill in the gaps e.g PL-2B, PL-5C / PL-5EII, PL-8B

Notably the Q-5 Series are all missing the PL-2 (Q-5 early should also have PL-1)
Every PL-5B carrier mounted PL-5C
And PL-5E is still missing
Yes, maybe these can be included in your pending suggestion to-do list if you feel like doing these
Also, I think it is a good idea to start gathering more info about next generation Chinese AA missiles like PL-10 / PL-12 as I totally have no confidence they will be implemented satisfactorily.

mig 29g better flight performance and is lighter while smt is heavier has better radar and is brickier

There’s a possibility that Shenyang J-8F may receive PL-5E or PL-5E II & PL-8B and to replace PL-5B & PL-8
I quite believe J-7E might buff PL-5E & PL-8 instead PL-5B x4 & PL-2 x4, increase to 11.7 and move to rank VII before J-8F and J-11
For x4 PL-2 on J-7D it’s outdate
