Even if it was Iraqi, wrong timeframe. Kingdom of Iraq means up-to-1959 vehicles, which are mostly British.
Can’t find a link for the Air Force quickly, but it was similar.

Not really same
The operator of this aircraft was pre-WW2 Yugoslavia
The flag up there is from one post WW2
It 's still the only yugoslav vehicle we’ve seen in the files.
