While “best” in the regard that germans get their unique 2a4m can variant. Canadians get get their more completed tree/line up. Depending on the implementation it would just ruin the uk tree itself. Depending on ammo round the 2a4m can already possibly performs better then arietes and some challengers at 11.7. Not even mentioning the 2a6m can.
This results in the uk tree challengers being the 3rd spawn option which just doesnt sit right with me.
Not mentioning how 2a4m can is a definition case of a premium/ squadron. And the spaa realy is an exception because gajin was lazy it was easy fast implementation. And spaas fall out of regular rules in general look at ito 90m finnish in french tree
Here’s the thing, We don’t know for sure that Ajax uses a mounted javelin, the only evidence for it is that the RWS can mount javs (was tested on a spartan APC), however when refering to Javs operating with the Ajax, the army mentions Javelin teams, which suggests to me at least the mentions of Javs in relation to Ajax referes to dismounts, like with how Warrior deploys Javelin. The LMUK turret mounts Javlins directly, so is a much better option. Also the Ajax isn’t that manoverable, and its quite heavy, publically available numbers puts it about 21 hp/tonne in its lighter configuration, almost the same as the boxer, so fully kitted out I imagine it’s much worse lmao.
while I understand that as well that says more about the british tree and the state of the challengers then the 2A4M, this single tank is most likely better then 3 to 4 of the 6 challenger 2s which again is fucking depressing but hey what can you do right?

we dont have any photos of it but apparently the Javelin has been mounted on the RWS on the Ajax but unless we can get an unclassified document (unlikely as the project is still on going) or we see a photo of it gaijin will never add it with the Javelin
I mean i am all for fixing a tree and the tanks.
But resolving a tree issue with a tank series that could destroy the identity of the tree just isnt sth i would like or support

I mean if it only would be the 11.3 2a4m can. It wouldnt be to much of a problem. But we both know that they would take it as a predcedent and ask for 2a6m can as well. Which would result in what i said. The canadian leos arent necesary since uk steadily gets more option.
Its just sad for the canadian community
simple fix the 3TD by returing its spall liner (like come on use common sense gaijin the thing is gonna have a spall liner) and give it the 5 second reload to make up for the lack of mobility and large weakspots then the other MBT and that should help it feel at least like a side grade and not a down grade

you say gets more options yet the 3nd most advanced tank we can get is a down grade to the 2E and the Black Knight like I dont think we will but fair
130mm challenger + india is pretty much more of a aub tree and they have a driving industry, then there is the challenger with brimstones they are taking onestep fudther then movk up i think

Gaijin has said the UK won’t be getting all of India you seem to have gotten the wrong idea.
Also, their excuse for the Indian T-90 was it’s a “Commonwealth vehicle”.
The same and better logic would give the UK Canada.
india has absolutely no place in the uk and their domestic tanks would all be down grades or not help the top tier problem. I would take Canada any day of the week of india and SA, the 130 challenger would be cool but considering there has already been 2 arguments in the last 2 days about where it should go, I can see that being a shit show. Finally the Streetfighter 2 would be cool but ultimately the angle the brimstones are mounted means they are gonna be like spikes on the KF41 where they are useless inside of 1km
