if they increase CAS/SPAA performance then yes they have to
but what better SPAAs are there left to add?
I think it’s more likely that they consider SK as one of the few nations that could still get a seperate tree (or combined with NK) that they could at least get people hyped about.

Multi-vehicle ones are yet to be added, and there are a few ways they can be, unlike some would like to believe.

Also, I don’t see that missile having 25km range from a standstill, it’s probably closer to 12-15km range.
