10 nations in game. 3 have loads, 7 have few (especially at higher tiers, most have none) pretty logical where event vehicles should be placed.

So you want more event vehicles for nations which lack tech tree options already? Despite that even the big tree have areas they lack in. US lacks in early war tanks, Germany in Cold war jets and russia in wheeled tanks/ifvs
What has one got to do with the other?
Nothing stopping them from adding both to minor nations.
You are essentially say:
“Why do you want to add more vehicles to nations that lack vehicles. lets instead add vehicles to nations that have an abundance of choice already, because they need more vehicles”

Most people don’t have event vehicles. Most people play only one tree. People on this forum are an exception and not the norm of warthunder players.
Gaijin needs to provide for all trees. Despite that most vehicles getting added are top tier either way.

I’m just saying that, as Rowiek puts it, it seems like Germany is getting the same treatment as Russia. Just to clarify a few things.
The USSR receives far more love than any other nation, except the American air. I want my M10 Booker soon!!! no more museum objects.

I think what they were trying to say was:
Why add a vehicle that could be used in the tech tree of a smaller nation as an event vehicle when (at least more often than for the larger nations) no tech tree equivalent exists.
I’d like to see things for the smaller nations that aren’t as unique and don’t really have a use in the techtree. For example a Type 74 D is essentially a Type 74 C with a heat sleeve for the barrel. Add some historical camo to it and it’s a good choice for a Japanese event vehicle.
Doesn’t take away from the tree, I’d still want it for historical reasons and to someone who hasn’t played the tree before it’s unique enough to get them interested in the tree.
Then again I can see why some wouldn’t see something like that as “worth it”. You really can’t make everyone happy.

If they make event vehicles for minor nations, that could result in one or two things.
One: People will play minor nations more due to getting actual lineup boosters.
Two: People will not grind the event, or grind the event for money.
Most minor nations are getting uptiered all the time to br’s where they dont even have a single vehicle.

True, though still a shame for those minor nations. There are many vehicles that might not be a good fit for the TT (and thus unlikely to ever come to the TT) but would be absolutely awesome to still have in game.
Like the Sea-Vixen came as a premium and has yet to come to the TT.
There are plenty of options for all nations for those “Unique but just dont work or fit into the TT” vehicles that would be absolutely perfect for an event reward. Those could be added instead

Do you know what the worst part of this all is.
We are all complaining about the fact that minor natios aren’t getting event vehicles, more vehicles per update and general new mechanics.
But we all know, that our complaints are (not) being taking serious. If they do take it serious - i’m wrong. But we won’t see any difference in the amount of vehicles we will get for minor nations, because this discussion has been going on for years now.

Yep, Im expecting Britian to get maybe, just maybe, a new naval vessel next major. I would be surprised if we got either a new ground vehicle (except maybe a lower tier filler) or any aircraft
