The BR decompression will make 11.0 face significantly fewer uptiers, so giving it AIM-9Ls and putting it there would be better, in my opinion.
Unkess major decompressions. 9ls would without a doubt mean at least 11.0. Look at the MFG/WTD61, they are 11.0 with only 2x 9Ls. This is 2x 9Ls, 4x Skyflash DF/STs and are likely faster.

Those are attackers, not fighters. The F3 is 11.3, only .3 above them. According to what you just said, it should be much higher, but it isn’t.
Also, only the F2 doesn’t have CMs. The F2A does have them.

@soviet_MoonMan and I can both tell you this list is fake because the Su-27 in game does not have a radar that is capable of firing R-27EA’s (not AE). It has the same seeker head as the R-77. There’s no adding Fox-3’s without a new radar, and basically no point to adding the R-27EA when the R-77 predates it. You’d have to explain why adding the 27EA makes more sense (haven’t heard an argument for it yet).
F-15J Late is too soon.
J-11B without either an Su-27SM or Su-30M makes no sense.
Rafale C and EF-2000? Neither get Fox-3’s? So the smaller nations don’t get BVR?
Britain doesn’t get an EF? Not a chance.
No EF for Germany? Again, no way.
No F-15C for Israel? Can’t remember the last time time Israel didn’t get the same plane as the US that they both used.
Also F-15C, could be AESA, so F-15C is just gonna get a modest side upgrade on the engines and a CLEAR upgrade on the radar, both it and F-16C are going to get 120C’s (B’s for everybody else?) Not a chance.

I don’t care where anything goes. I know other people’s nationalities/ethnicities are getting in the way of more logical trees, and I think that’s also okay! Sad, but okay!

Though where the FA2 needs some parts. Like a new cockpit and radar.
The F3 is literally identical, just with different weapons. So on the easyness scale. Tornado F3.

I wouldnt mind seeing the Hawk 200 series myself, a prototype version with the 2 25mm ADEN guns and some AMRAAMs would make for a neat plane.

So I counted how many sets vehicles we are getting and it’s,
Ground = 5
Air = 4
Naval = 4
and that is just 18 day straight with 3 days break. I haven’t counted the Winter event nor the month of November as that is when they usually do the Summer event.
So in total 13 vehicles per year.
