Strela-10M, especially in photo-contrast mode is a helicopter destroyer. Only way that doesn’t work is if the enemy chopper player is a ridge-rider.
Strela-10M is good, but decent zoom, radio/radar guided missile with a good radar to acquire/detect TRAM’s and the other high-fliers you may be unlucky to encounter would be a great addition.
That has not been my experience thus far. If a more experienced player is flexing their skills staying at distance, then it’s maybe closer. Bad weather is the only impact now for optical.
That R-73 is a training missile (three rings), so that means it had viable liquid nitrogen integration, R-77 and R-27R’s just need a large pylon, the connections all with the radar, which would’ve been installed on production aircraft. Yak-141 specifically is a bad example to go after.
If you count sub-trees we got 2 Axis-Redfor trees (or that’s how games that use Redfor-Bluefor have done them(tho Finland should be Axis-Neutral but games don’t like that))
If it’s just independent trees we got a full neutral and a western aligned(Bluefor only).
Revised Challenger 3 prototype unveiled recently, inching towards the production config.
Featuring revised turret profile and thicker frontal Armour but sans the APS.
sure dont hope so. We only have gotton Russian favorite Sub-TT’s.
Like look at hungary (russian vehicles), Finland (russian vehicles), China (russian vehicles).
South-Africa (Russian ally).
I’d prefer to see Denmark, Norway, Chile, South-Korea, Spain, Irish, Canadian or something else which is not Russia related for once.
And behold, Japan won’t probably get SK, but Thailand as a sub-TT. Thailand = Russian vehicles. Again.
Historically that’s the exact opposite. In the present day that’s hardly true as well. Being in BRICS does not make one Russia’s ally, especially not militarily.
The best case you could make regarding that is that Cuban advisors have had to come in and train the military and do maintenance for them because all the qualified people left the country for very obvious reasons.
That plus AMRAAM would be better. BAE literally managed to pull the heavens to somehow make people think its lack of datalink was a positive but at least in-game it would make AIM-120 with DL infinitely better.
I’ll give you this much credit however. Once the SMO is over, and Taiwan does or doesn’t happen conclusively, the world alignment certainly suggests that South Africa may enter the orbit of Russia/China’s political influence on a military level. But it isn’t time for that yet.
