The word ‘Cum’ means dual nature of an object. The round Penetrates and Blasts which is dual nature.

I’m not so sure in next year after Su-27S Flanker-B gaijin could add new Su-27 with active radar homing BVRAAM 6x R-77 or Su-30 early variants for russia tech tree
January update wont be that big. So there is less chance to get ARH missile in that update
