Belgium (only country of worth) has their cockatrill turret variants with autocannons and 105mm cannons , gives them unique ifvs and light tanks ,well on existing hulls
Netherlands provides most low tier aircraft and would provide practically all of naval.

this is just opinion based, if we look at the combined armed BeNeLux forces, all three nations include something.
Cap, Luxembourg is practically just there to make the name valid with their single vehicle

Besides that, a nation should give a player the option to play what that person likes. Whether it be ground, planes, naval or helicopters.
I think a nation should have all 4 of those and BeNeLux can provide that.
