Every tank that has all mods has a spade symbol on it, look at your Ajax compared to the FV4030

Vehicles get spade research for everything in a row, so all tier one modifications give extra research.
So before a vehicle releases you can finish all but one mods on each row then play a few games and get all that bonus research to just give you like 60k research from one match
The higher tier the vehicle the more research you get
