The M1A2 is essentially already a 12.7 MBT placed at 12.0 because of US mains just being bad.
So yeah making the FEP a better version would not make it 12.0.

It’s funny; 2nd gen thermals are enough for M1A1 AIM to be 0.7 BRs above M1A2, according to you… but M1A2 deserves to sit at the same BR as Leopard 2A7HU with 3rd gen thermals, twice as thick armor and spall liners for… no particular reason?

2A7s, 122s and SEPv3s should simply be 13.0.
However if the T-90M, VT-4A1, Leclercs, Merkava Mk.4M, 2A6, T-80BVM, Type 10s etc can be 12.7 the M1A2 can also be 12.7. Especially when the M1A2 easily beats half of these tanks in capabilities.
When Gaijin will finally add separate battle ratings for coastal ships and a completely separate coastal matchmaker from bluewater.
SAM boats should be top tier in bluewater.

Why is it so hard for them to make the leclerc not useless, Like what reason do i have to pick the leclerc over the abrams… I love the leclercs looks and that its autoloaded but its just so horrible and boring to play, I just want a reason to play it since i spent so much time grinding for it yk

Over the years, they’ve fixed them quite a bit: gun elevation speed, turret traverse speed, rate of fire, and given its missing 25 hp.
However, the elephant in the room remains: useless, bugged UFP (should be 575mm KE, like the “beak” of the glacis, and labelled a steeper angle to bounce more shots off), and somehow worse mobility than much heavier Leopards.

Mostly agreed besides some small nitpicks, like for example the T-90M still being rated too high and the SEPv3 even in it’s current form being 13.3 worthy if the 2A7s/122s are also there.

Ah, yes, I mistyped that, was about to edit it! I like the T-90Ms a lot, but the painful 7 second reload and terrible reverse speed hold them back a lot.
See, my sense of balance isn’t so skewed after all :P
It’s just that working under currently compressed premises makes everything complicated.

That, + The turret basket really killed it for me, As if it wasn’t bad enough before that now i have to worry about getting sneezed on or i can’t turn my turret anymore, And don’t even get me started on how dogsh awful ofl120 f1 is, Worst dart i’ve ever used.
