Really depends on the BR they go for, 20 SAL ATGMs with 200-600mm of pen isn’t 12.0 worthy so I wouldn’t worry about it being that high though

Can’t wait for the new MBTs hahah.
If I recall correctly, it was said at some point during the previous dev blog season that, all nations not getting a Top Tier MBT then, would be getting one now!
So we’ve got Germany, France, China, Israel and Italy as contenders.
(I wouldn’t mind if U.K got a production Challenger 3, or Russia a newer T-80 or even , even though they technically got MBTs already last update, lol)

Israel did capture a good number of those, but those aren’t exactly modern vehicles. And unlike basically every other modern captured vehicle, they actually used them. They replaced the 100 with the 105, and used them extensively until they converted them into APCs. The ZSUs they only got a handful of and they didn’t use those.
In the case of captured modern vehicles (e.g. the Russian captured M1A1 and M2A2, and the American captured Pantsir and T-90), those have been captured in very small numbers, and instead of being put into service, they get studied extensively, taken apart, and studied even further.
The M44 was copied and pasted into basically every nation as a lend-lease vehicle. IMO it really should not have happened because I find that ctrl+c ctrl+v to be incredibly lazy and a lot of those nations had domestic counterparts that could have been added. Gaijin just did that so they could say “Look! We added a TON of vehicles this update!”
And the 2A5 was added as part of the Netherlands subtree for france.
