It is, but where China has an acceptable 14.3 (J-10C) They clearly do lack a 14.7, neither the J-10C or J-15T are good enough to be at 14.7. Yes, Israel needs something waaaaay more urgently, but China (and Sweden, just remembered them) also lack decent 14.7 options currently
The US has an aircraft that could easily be placed at 14.7 without any changes .
