damm, didn’t know that, but i thing they wont add it for balancing reasons, the same with the AUP i don’t thing they will give it AIM-120C-5/7 or ant better amraam than the -A
German Phantoms were upgraded with Mavericks later in their service life as F-4F specific modernization program. F-4E carrying capability in this case cannot be translated into F-4F.
Sadly, originally F-4F had it removed but from 1980 onwards under the Friedensrhein program they got it back
(I am still waiting to get the F-4F ICE manuel with a FOI, if they agree)

Difference is that Greek Phantoms were F-4Es with Maverick capability built in and then later modernized with extra capabilities from KWS/ICE program and a bit more.
