In a arma unit so long ago, my friend was flying and his game crashed, so the person of “high i.q.” took control of the aircraft then asked if W means to go up as the aircraft pitched down.
You dont have to explain to me u or ur friends are dumb. Anyone with 2 braincells would go and fiddle with flying themself around,or atleast before doing it,checked the controls.
We don’t need to block players from anything, however I would love for some sort of soft skill based matchmaking.
Some of the people are so incredibly bad I don’t even know how they function irl.

i should add that i dont even mean a super high skill floor. just the bare minimum like being able to do tasks such as shooting and keeping your drool in your mouth
what my point was, that everyone is gonna learn at their own pace and should not be forced to do so.

Older mods will be considered incompatible. And only ones after a certain point will be considered useable.
Tho unlike skins sound is a bit more complicated so they have to take some time to make the in-game stuff for the mods work again.

I just hope they use this “rework” to add new capabilities like adding stuff like VWS or just general cockpit warnings to aircraft that are currently missing it like the Harriers, Gripens, Hawks, and more.

Stock engines are desperately in need of a rework. A lot of them are painfully inaccurate to the point of distraction.
Yep. I’m most disappointed by my multi-RWR mod is back to the standard RWR sounds. Also that it’s delayed the next version of RCSM.

I was starting to play the Abrams tanks JUST because of the OPEX sound mod lmao.
Its Abrams engine sound alone was enough to make me want to play it xD
OPLOT’s sound was also an enormous improvement… now, back to the 50cc lawnmower again, hahah. Leopard and Leclerc’s sound are a huge improvement as well.
Not to mention all gun sounds, specially internal, being far superior as well.

I played war thunder years ago and burnt out with the grinding and generally got bored of the aircraft so just stopped playing, that was until Apex Predators came out, I saw an ad for it and thought it was pretty amazing how far it had come since I last played, I was interested in jets but not props and after looking at some gameplay I saw that there were premium jets available to purchase, so I picked up the F-104S TAF, I hadn’t played the game in 4.5 years at this point and even at the time the jet wasn’t considered particularly good, but in about 200 matches I managed about a 1.4 K/D ratio, nothing amazing but again I was relearning the controls plus all the new mechanics and strategy that came with a jump from rank III to rank VII, and despite all that I had an overall positive impact for my team on average.
There are I’m sure some people that buy a premium aircraft expecting to be amazing without putting in the effort to learn the game, and there have always been bot accounts that ruin the fun for everyone, but I know I wouldn’t be playing the game still if I couldn’t have bought my way up to the part I wanted to play, and I’m sure there are plenty of people who see the game and are interested in modern tanks and aircraft and want to play with those, but do not want to spend the significant time investment it takes to grind the trees for free, these people aren’t ruining your experience and they are a valuable resource for Gaijin by financially supporting the game, these people would basically be cut out of the game if Gaijin did as you suggest and that really isn’t good for you or for them.
I don’t think next major update gaijin add big content (4.5 gen fighter aircraft) for USA aviation tech tree again, but wait another 2nd gen fighter aircraft (USAF & USN) and heavyweight early 4th gen fighter aircraft

Well, people like me who grinded trees also bought a lot of premiums and prem acc over the years. Props to you for doing good with Starfighter,but majority of the players that buy the premium high tiers think they gonna do well inthem despite having no knowledge and they also refuse to learn. Which then leads to the current state of top tier which is atrocious. Besides,the people wouldnt be able to play with the modern stuff anyway,cause they still need to grind to it through the tree. So they are limited to that single premium they bought.
