This would surely be 11.3 minimum? IMO anyways. It’s a lot more capable than the F-111A/F we have in-game. Sure, it’s massive and it’s a flying headphone warning if it comes ingame.

i assume its because they dont see big bulky ERA blocks and thick comp armor but see an engine in the front and assume it has really bad KE prot

I think they made a statement about this around the first test. IIRC the answer was probably not since thats generally a feature on tanks from WW2 and earlier that wont be available with infantry anyway
