F-15IA is much more advanced compared to rafale, of course, F-15IA is gonna be a little worse in close range combats, but it has bigger payload, more missiles than F-15C Golden Eagle (because F-15IA is israeli Modified F-15EX), we still dont know much about it, so i cant say much

besides that, F-15IA is a little too modern for war thunder right now, it cant be added for now
Why would it get more missile then F-15C GE? F-15EX is supposed to carry 12 and F-15C GE already carries 12 missile with MRML

16 is max and that will most likely be for American F-15EX and any other nation having exactly identical F-15EX. Considering how much Israeli’s modify there jet, proving that MRML is compatible with station 2 and 8 would be hard
