Navy is a mix of french and german sub/ship, air force french and us planes, ground a bit of less focused with german tank.
And let’s not talk about history, because that would screw even more what you are saying.

Both France and Germany have thier own sub trees already. Neither is in more need of Greece comapred to Israel.
Israel is far more limited in its options than either of those two trees. Both for domestic and sub tree options.
