Alright, let’s talk about the KV-1 (ZiS-5). Why is it still at BR 4.7?
Armor — volumetric, very strong CHECK
Penetration — you can “just shoot the barrel, track it, and flank,” especially since it can reach around 37 km/h. Or it can use BR-354P rounds with higher penetration. CHECK
So why is this tank not at 5.3 or even 5.7?
I play this tank myself, and it just feels indestructible.

okay other than the big 4 they all get the same treatment, usa,germany,russia,britain have a wider variety of vehicles to add so they get more
not really. Nations like China, Italy, France and Japan still have tons and tons of vehicles.
E.G. Japan has over 200 WWII plane suggestions alone, yet none have been added in the TT for over 5 years, despite still having huge gaps.
It’s just Gaijin’s lack of care and interest.

The KV-1 ZiS-5 is very strong for it’s br, yes. But there rwally isn’t room for uptiering it much because of the compression between 4.0-7.0. The whole area needs a proper decompression for the ZiS to get into a balanced spot.
Also, 5.3 or 5.7 is insane. That’d put it right next to either the KV-85 or IS-1, both of which are better in nearly all regards.
Does anyone know around when we get rumours for next major update?

@Smin1080p_WT Are there any plans for considering this? It feels kind of unfair that only WT wiki writers get rewarded for their contribution.
Thing is when say decent round and reload u are talking about literally the worst at top tier, be it 16-20mm more pen than the French and British, same with usable armor, which also applies to just one of China’s top mat and not vt4s or the 1001 really which are pretty mid, 99A is the arguably only usable one.
Also just saying when has gaijin cared if a country needed sth anyway, not like ussr is about to get top spas no 1 million whilst Israel is stuck on 1.5.
Will naval and Air ever get night battles as that was something that happen in conflicts?

Honestly, I think the game is long overdue a veterancy reward system. The only thing you get for being a veteran player is decals. And then only that if you managed to not miss three login days in a row over more then a decade.
I am still happy I switched away from The Other Game because of the trajectory it took, but one thing I can wholeheartedly say is that Wargaming knows how to manage player retention.

Wikipedia writers are generally contributing consistently and on something that most players are using.
Regarding suggestions, as mentioned previously, its something open to consideration, but is much more difficult to really attribute. In some cases, a vehicle may have been planned before a suggestion topic was even written, but came out after. So its problematic to attribute the vehicle to that single suggestion.
