Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 1)

Also I disagree on the K2NO. We need less trial stuff unless everyone gets them. The AHS, Mi-28, and T 80 U all need to be removed anyways

The 1 ton weight isn’t going to make a massive difference. The SEPv2 however gets a LWS and 2x as many smoke pops, the latter is a significant advantage in the current CAS heavy meta.

This is personal, but I prefer the Challengers over the ZTZ99s any day of the week.

My top tier China experience is now pretty much M1A2T → backup M1A2T → HQ11 or CS/SA5 → maybe CAS and leave.

Additionally if we go down the route of trial then we also add the Gripen E for Canada so essentially the UK.

Again regardless of how you look at it the Gripen E will go to multiple nations

Well, yeah. Gaijin can break their own rules if they feel like it.

That said I don’t think an order with no airframes even having started construction really isn’t enough.

the trzyniec from what i know has 0 correlation to britain so why its on the british tree as a premium i have no clue. and yes your right about the leopard

Next Event vehicle for Germany? As it’s a (German private) modification.

Need that T-72 xD

Yeah, not a fan of trials either outside of vers specific cases.

But specific variants (like K2NO? I think it was different from standard K2) are those cases. It’s a variant made for Norway, so I’d say it should be treated as Norwegian the same way any other prototype made for Norway would. Where the company that made it is from is, at least to me, secondary.

the sepv2 is also played by americans.

personally i also prefer the challengers over the ztz (i dont own the ztz) but thats because im british and will glaze my challys to all hell

if i did have top tier china my experience would be m1a2T to j10c or j15t to ztz99a then possibly the z10 then leave

You say that despite them getting the F16AJ.

Seriously gaijin can and will do whatever they want and if they want to nuke any reason to grind Sweden air they can and will.

More likely to just go to Korea as their own unique model rather than Norway

Reminds me of LEMUR

Either way would love to see it

Yeah, not a fan of that either. But at least this can be attributed to terrible research. For example they claimed it was prototyped (it wasn’t), and the F-16 was trialed by Japanese pilots (it wasn’t).

I think here they mainly just decided misinformation is somehow better than backtracking.

Depends. The Vidar was added, but that wasn’t top tier so who knows, and the T/FA-50s weren’t added either. Still I could see it maybe after the Korean tree is there, especially since they also have no shortage of MBTs.

Well put it this way, the Vidar was actually used by the Norwegians.

The K2NO yes has a different trophy APS and turret than the standard K2 which also arrived for Norways trials with the Korean Turret and APS and that’s the one painted in the Norwegian camo.

Yes it’s unique but it’s also only a trial vehicle. Yes technically with what Sweden currently has they have 3 Leo’s left.

Strv 123
Strv 123A
Leo 2A8NOR

Air wise it’s just F-35 and I fully expect multiple nations to get the actual Gripen E before Sweden does since Sweden doesn’t have a Gripen E they have a tech demonstrator from 2016 making it one of the oldest aircraft among the European nations at top tier.

As of right now a Canadian Gripen E would be like the Japanese F-16. If we got to fly any it would have been an older Gripen as the E didn’t exist at the time of the review theat locked in the F-35 the second time and I had yet to see any news of our pilots flying one after this new review started.

Eh, in a few months here we should learn if the mixed fleet rumors come true, after the trade talks with US and Mexico in June or July (can’t remember what month it is happening)

Iirc 6002 was in Canada for the evaluation. So Canada can literally just get the better version of 6002 we have in game for Britain

i guess that is true

Mate, I reckon you forgot that
-Sherman Firefly are British-built tank
-QF 17pdr were British-built gun

-AND Polish forces regrouped in britain.

Hmmm, I can’t find anything on that just SAAB’s old Gripen for Canada website and the nothing burger articles.

And consider everyone jumps to cover everything related to a possible Gripen buy. It be known.
