We don’t have a clipped wing IXc for anyone yet. Only the IXe.
The BP is not intended for this. Its a core place to receive functionally useful premiums with some unique twists or flavours. There are plenty of opportunities to get unique vehicles too. However if every BP was full of unqiue vehicles, a different group of people would be complaining.
This is a new sub variant of one of the most popular props and Spitfire variants in game. Also the first Greek aircraft for Israel. And a historically significant one at that.
Also an ability to reroll or buy more would be nice. I specifically want one of them and there’s currently no other way to get it outside of a very rare chance in the December lootboxes that really aren’t a good way to get a specific thing you want.
Honestly not a bad idea. Maybe even a way to “save up” multiple to get some higher tier rewards.
Not sure if they’d do it for event vehicles in general though, unobtainable ones sure, but I don’t think we’ll see anything on the market (maybe only for consoles / DMM?). They’d also probably need to set a cutoff date, like “You can only get premiums 5y or older” or something, so events (specifically for people who buy the stars) don’t feel like a waste they can get a month later anyways. This way the event would still give you the advantage of having the reward a lot sooner, even if you bought the event stars.
Just because this isn’t said enough. I think this is a great vehicle choice. Doesn’t take away from the techtree in general, doesn’t lock something vital to the gameplay or even irreplaceable for a future Greek line behind a limited time event, but it is a nice premium option for players that want to play the techtree or just want the Greek Spitfire.
The only real issue is that Israel is still missing ranks 1-3, so the use of the Rank 4 premium is more limited than with other nations. But I’m sure this will eventually change especially with all the possible options that Greece could add to these potential future ranks.
Warframe is such a goated game especially with how free night wave rewards that were missed previously return and if you already have it you get the current night wave currency.
Ah, I was just thinking British vehicle as the best for that nations specific rank and didn’t really think of any nation who’s best vehicle was British outside of Britain
