I was not sure about how well nukes would work out in an ARB EC environment but I gotta say that it adds a lot of interesting counterplay with you being able to remove their spawns and defensive AIs.
Really makes me wish that this gamemode persists
They can replace them with runway busting weapons but they look so cool so I wish they keep them. At least as a weekend variant or smth.
Tu-95 also fires its flares out of its belly gunner currently

So I played the event a little more, and thanks to the pretty good RP rewards I managed to move on from AIM-9’s in two matches.
Now with AIM-7’s and most recently the Fakour 90 finally unlocked, its a far more chill grind.
Still not something I’d play on the regular, but it’s no longer frustrating me either.

in TNT equivalent, No. it has less filler and its Raw TNT, not one with a higher Equivalence like RDX, TGA-9, H.6, etc

I wonder- are these planes part of the Event cycle, or will they be independent and we are still to expect an event vehicle?? Or not until these are over?
I think so, but need to double-check if the next event started after the WW1 vehicles last year.
But them being extremely wanted vehicles makes it hard for any other event to compete if not
I don’t think it does.
Looking back at last year we had the F-5A(G) → Strasbourg → FIROS → WW1 tanks → Meteor.
It should just slot in between the usual cycle.
For those who are curious, the B-52H we have is a pre-1991 configuration 60-0014. You can tell that it’s pre-1991 because it retains the tail sting vulcan, which was gradually removed from the B-52H (including this one) from September 16, 1991 onwards. The only non-nuclear armament (excluding the AGM-86C) this B-52H carried in service around that time period was conventional free-fall bombs, which is what we have in-game.
The only three smart munitions it could carry, the AGM-69, AGM-86B and AGM-86C, are all cruise missiles that are not yet in-game. Out of this list, only the AGM-86C has a non-nuclear warhead.
