Well sweden had a different doctrine for air defense. They could have a jet in the air in about a minute, during the cold war they had iirc the fastest response time
Theres a few vids online but you’d have a road with a small hanger built into the side of a hill with a small road for the jet to get on a small runway and take off, i know some had fake tree curtains. Sweden essentially had aircraft stationed everywhere. No need for refueling in the air.

I think it’s also useful to mention that sweden was basically always ready for war up until the SU got torn appart. There’s a name for the concept, can’t remember it right now.
Wait the 13.0 viggens dont get an irccm 9l? Although u do also have a viggen at 11.0 with 4 9ls which is a bit mad to me when planes like the tonka are not allowed that low because “reasons” (i dont think any super sonic jet should be at 11.0 with all aspect missiles, cough mig 23, cough mig 25, btw).
