No, because with worse engine it would have a diffrent BR
without boosted engine i feel it would be same br as MF due to the worse FM

Well, the Bis does get more and better missiles, so it would still be at least 10.7 after an engine nerf
theres a noticible difference in turnrate MF and BIS would both be 10.7 right now if the MF wasnt under tiered right now R60M only has the upgrade off all aspect as far as i know they have same flare resistance
the big upgrade is the R13M1 which is a big upgrade basically aim-9J but russian its great but the trade off is a worse fm for same br so i dont think it matter much

Romania also used PZL P.11 and P.24 and even had its own license built modifications (P.11f and P.24E), although they are still not in the game unfortunately.

Maybe? It’s a joint project w/ a French platform, so it can come to both but I think it’s going to be the same BR as the Jaguar, so maybe not.
