There are 6 Dutch aircraft to 7 Belgian, assuming you dont count the SB-25, Sea Hawk or NF-5. Its hardly “some low rank Fokkers”. If you include the premiums it becomes 9 Dutch to 8 Belgian.
There is also plenty of future scope.

It’s more Dutch low tier, Belgium high tier for air and vice versa for ground.
The Dutch need some high-tier air and low-tier ground additions; well, the Belgians need some low-tier air and high-tier ground additions.

@Smin1080p_WT When it comes to ww2 and its basic shell types like, ap/aphe/apcr and basic heat, these are not treated as balancing factors, right? So if a vehicle had smoke/ apcr, and historical documents prove it, then there is nothing in the way of the specific vehicle receiving its historical shell types ?
Shell selection is always down to the discretion of the devs, subject to balancing decisions. But suggestion reports are always welcome for new shells.
If its not something currently planned or is as intended, the devs generally answer as such.

Yeah bouth of these vehicles were a sad addition wich could have been bedder if they added at least some wood/sticks/bags to them if they didnt bother moddeling them coorectly.
on this account they could have thrown in the M901 aswell to give Japan a Proper ATGM Launcher in this area,despite Thailand only ever used the improved M901A3? variant.
