I know, we are talking about Gaijin tho lol

True true. 13.3 based upon other previous premiums :D

They’ll just copypaste one of the Rafales we have but with a PESA, put it at 14.0 and call it a day.
Probably won’t even bother adding the LF.1 with no OSF and HMD

the rafale pesa is ±60 degrees, while the aesa variant that we have in game is ±70 degrees.
Other than that, it would be essentially identical in game yeah

Heya, just noticed something wierd. Why is the Tornado GR1 being foldered under the F-111C? Shouldnt it be the other way round?

Yeah, the Tornado GR1 should be the “top” vehicle

They could have made a Tornado folder instead, but for whatever reason they just have to reduce the ranks of the early Tornados

Yeah, though nothing unusual. Gaijin constantly do wierd things regarding the Tornados that make no sense

F-111C is going down to 11.3 in GRB (its already there in Air AB and SB), so both are at the same BR for RB and the F-111C comes first in the current tree progression. It also helps to break up two Tornados in a row.

So with this new tech tree changes to the fighter lines of Britain could we see some future additions that would plug those holes in the progression sense ?

Surely AAB/ARB/ASB should always take prescedence for aircraft? (though for the record, its a meaningless change, as we have no 11.3 ground vehicles and so they will be used at 11.7 regardless)

It is 11.7 in ARB and imo, errenously 11.3 in ASB whilst the Tornado GR1 is still errenously at 11.7 in both gamemodes. If it is going down to 11.3 in ARB then so should the Tornado GR1. As it stands the Tornado GR1 should already be 11.3 in ASB based upon multiple other aircraft at 11.3

I dont entirely see the necessity for this, it just seems like burying the Tornado GR1 to avoid fixing its known issues and this wasnt a concern in the Italian TT or German TT

its true realism for gaijin is selective for some reason ?
for example tomcat is supposed to have a AOA switch same with Torndao but because its not foreseen in there plans it cant get one even if its historically inaccurate

Holes are not being created. The vehicles that filled certain BRs are still there, just in folders. But the purpose of this is to make more space for future vehicles, which goes for all nations yes.

They didn’t even bother making it the right variant. We got the M163, when Thailand only had the M163A1. The difference would be mainly visual as far as the game is concerned, but they are noticeable.

Same thing for the M60A3 TTS, which has modifications for a US ERA kit Thailand didn’t have. Worst part is the ROC version uses the same model but should be the same as the real Thai tank, so now 2/3 M60A3s in game are wrong.

next thing your gonna say is the M163 floats

Its not. Its ground RB.

It has nothing to do with any “issues”. The vast majority of Tornado issues have been resolved. Its purely progression.

They don’t have other aircraft between them or at the same BR in their lines, as you can see for your own screenshots. Otherwise that would equally be considered for them too. Its not the same case.

So where is the Finnish F-18 folder?

That’s was the part I was asking for thank you o7

How are the chacnes we will see similar changes in earlier ranks? Especially ranks 1-5 are missing hundreds if not thousands of vehicles, but the space to add them is very limited.

(Asking in general, not specifically next update)

So i guess if a nation didn’t get a lot of folders gaijin has no plans to add stuff to them, neat
