the only thing the 29SMT has over the Su-30 is its radar
the rest is barly on par

Su-30Mk2 and Su27SM cannot be the same BR because the Su-27 has 2x more ARH, but the Su30MK2 has 4? More missiles and it’s fine?

still the cms and speed of the smt can win if played right. i play the 29smt and i have no problemo going really fast at such low alt.
29smt can reach 1800kph at 6km alt while su30 are stuck at 1500kph
I’m guessing you don’t count squadron liveries since that’s what most of them are for the hornets

it gets extra CM pods, that you have to research
0+6 vs 4+6 is a massive upgrade. As it gives you a great deal more flexibility. Especially given at that BR you will fight plenty of IR only aircraft.
This still sounds like bad justification for it being under BRed.
