we must not question this too much because it quickly can be seen as Politics Which is banned here
people like Manfred von Richthofen and Oswald Boelcke would actually fit tho, although they’d represent an Era that’s not normally in tbe game, which is probably why they aren’t being represented
As a safety net probably could just block off late 1920’s to mid 1955 just to avoid the obvious but should still check people just incase but I wouldn’t see any harm in having pre/post axis nation pages of history. But yeah if we did have WW1 then Richthofen and Boelcke would be perfect for pages of history along with people like Max Immelmann, Erwin Böhme, and Werner Voss all of which were hugely influential in the initial development of aerial combat whose teachings and tactics can still be found in today’s air combat tactics.
Although not a pages of history we do still have some Axis pilots in-game, Norbert Flegels Bf-109 as an example is based on his aircraft he flew during the Spanish Civil War as part of the Condor Legion but he did later join Luftwaffe and fight during WW2.
But in my honest opinion if they genuinely did something heroic and obviously wasn’t a bad person then I personally see no issue with it. Best example of what I mean would be Franz Stigler who risked his own life to save a B-17 crew, he was adamantly against the ideals of his nation and fought out of duty to his country not it’s leader. People like that would be fine but I can see why Gaijin would rather, for the sake of PoH, just omit Germany, Japan, Italy, Finland and Hungary all together.
So basically the same as the ex if i am not wrong, but what to they mean by “old f15c engine”? I don’t remember any f15c having ge 129 (i just confuse)
