Yes I am actually on board with this. The Skink being put in our tree was the most disgusting and lazy thing Gaijin has done.
Ya most. out of the 17 vehicles in game(thats more them some sub-trees) under Canada
11 are in the UK
4 in the US
2 in Germany.
idk, have you seen what happened to the F-16, F-18, F-111, and F-5?
just saying but canada has a lot more to offer compare to australia

Difference is the US didn’t operate the Skink. Gaijin put the Skink in the US tree as a lazy way of filling a gap (and then they had the audacity to sell a premium version of it, even though we never operated it).
there isnt a difference. every tree other than the US that has the hornet and F-111 never operated it
where ?
UK, F-111C and hornets
Germany, hornets
Sweden, hornets
Japan, hornets
I don’t have too much interest in aircraft, so I don’t know what’s going on there (someone can take over for me) but the US had NOTHING to do with the Skink. They didn’t test it, they didn’t build any, hell, as far as I’m aware, they never even had interest in it.
What’s worse is you guys didn’t even test it, rejected even, well, having domestic AA that you could have gotten. The only relation to the US is it’s built on a Grizzly, which is the Canadian version of the M4A1, which is a flimsy argument considering one of the nations to test it(UK) is in-game and the only other nation other than Canada to use it.
There are two reasons for this that you conveniently keep forgetting or willing to forget.
Commonwealth vehicles aren’t glued to any nation that made the original vehicle it will go wherever gaijin sees fit. The other reason as stated in the F/A-18E blog is that they’re unwilling to go beyond 4 lines down for aircraft hence why we’re getting rank IX
that still doesnt make my statement untrue
has nothing to do with it
does sub tree mean something to you ?
or even Commonwealth
Exactly, and once again, Gaijin decides to sell a premium version of it in the US tech tree. The decision making is laughable sometimes.
That’s because you have god amount of bias towards America
no actual point?
IT DOES
I know, it was where I got the number from. A big reason why I like the new wiki is how easy it is to pull up oproator nation lists.
@quartas121 READ FOR THE LOVE OF GOD READ
We would like to draw attention to the fact that the F/A-18E Super Hornet and other jets for USA, USSR, China and Sweden that are coming in Line of Contact means there are four vehicles at rank VIII vertically for these nations, which is something we said we would not do. This will only be temporary as we would like to confirm that in early 2026 we’ll be introducing rank IX for aircraft, which aims to solve this problem by moving some rank VIII aircraft to rank IX along with some economic changes. However, until then, you can still use aircraft at rank VII to effectively research the new top-tier jets released in the Line of Contact major update. Stay tuned for more news coming in the next few months!
In gaijin terms the US don’t have room for the commonwealth Hornets
