yeah, 64E’s all getting LDIRCM is more egregious than F-35’s all getting the same missiles. Meteor inetgration is only coming as part of Block 4 which is going to come to all or at least all the combat US F-35 fleet
I find shooting below the gun and not the side works for me in the CV90s fine enough. I also try to just knock out the barrel before anything else because trying to use autocannons to breech anything is just inherently more unreliable than just going for the gun.
I think the CV-90 for some reason has more pen than the Ajax.
The 40mm hardly touches barrels with the T-90/80 able to just fire back before you have destroyed the barrel. A 40mm projectile should be doing more damage.
I am very much expecting Gaijin to give all the F-35s the Eurofighter treatment so while Meteor is kinda up in the air due to LM being a sleezebag with integration i can very much see all of them getting ASRAAM since the UK did integrate those and uses them. But if Gaijin does give the F-35 Meteor I wouldnt be to surprised if all of them got Meteor.
Can almost see them all having the same armament.
Should it not?
People have stated the CTAS 40mm is missing penetration.
They shouldve just separated the eras. OG tree until Korean War (as it originally was), new tree Early Cold War to now.
I imagine they both are as are all modern tank shells tbf
Brits can have more local made weapons who make it unique
u sure those arent just mockups for fitting/weight tests?
Which ones
He posted something yesterday thats said the wiring is there for it and it has a real APG-66 in it
They were mockup AIM-120’s.

It does seem to have the provisions for AIM-120’s as far as we however the exact radar is not known. We do know it had AN/APG-66 from the F-16A it was modified from but that one can’t fire AIM-120. If the XL was put into production it would have received the improved APG-66 like what the ADF has so Gaijin could just use that seeing as they have used the “it was planned” argument numerous times before otherwise the XL would only have 2 AIM-9L’s and be completely useless.

This is from a NASA book called Elegance in Flight and can be found on page 93/94.
No not to Britain please, if Britain gets a Rafale it’ll be nerfed for some reason
/j
isn’t that a meteor? If the Kh38, R-77-1 and 64E LDIRCM mean anything than the US F-35s also getting meteors wouldn’t be that outlandish.
In that case please add the Rafale to Britain because the salt from it would be funny.
Meteor? If so this can also be added to Marine Corps F-35B
I may be wrong here but doesn’t the British Lightning II’s require the U.S. to integrate any new weaponry, I think this is only not true with Israel’s F-35I, they will have the most unique variant.
