True, just wanted to say that it isn’t very exact to say there’s no Indonesian planes in Japan. By the way, Indonesia is already considered a subtree of Japan isn’t it?

So after getting the F-15, F-16, Gripen and now Fulcrum, Hornet and Su-30MKM, Japan is now gonna get a Su-27, a Su-30MK2 and a Rafale. Gonna be fun lol

Malaysia does have lower options than what they got, most notable for me, they operated a version of the CL-41G, and an armed variant of the CT-114 Tutor. (Last I checked, it does have a few differences from the variant the RCAF tested)

Worth pointing out to clarify here as we always say, just because a nation has a sub tree, does not automatically mean it will immediately get every possible vehicle from that nation.

Correct not EVERY vehicle, but Indonesia would likely get it’s tops like Thailand and Malaysia, otherwise just wouldn’t be fair plus having their top end aircraft would make Japan a beast of a nation to play just think of the variety alone lol

Sub trees dont have to just provide top tier vehicles in every category. As per India and others. So its not about “fairness” here.

This is a question I know you probably cant awnser but its worth a shot. When it comes to the F-16AJ i know the plan is to replace it with something but are they going to do what they did with the CV90105 originally and change it into a whole different F16 variant or are they going to just replace it entirely and keep the AJ as its own thing off to the side?

This is the same for any nation in game, right? So it’s “Just because a nation had X doesn’t mean we will add X, but it does mean if it comes it’s placed where that nation is.”
There is no specific lower-class nation status for subtrees still, right?
Sorry for always asking this when this answer comes up, but it feels important to always know for sure nothing changed.
This one is a bit concerning though. Any nation should be treated equal in a techtree, a subtree being lesser just provides an unnecessarily significant drawback to a nation being a subtree. I hope I’m just misreading this…

No news currently to report on that. We would share any details of something as significant as vehicle replacement if and when it was decided to do so. Right now there is nothing to speak of.

India is one of the biggest wastes of potential for a subtree in the game. So I wouldn’t take it as an example honestly
Yes, I was simply reiterating it because again the claim of “Oh X nation was added as a subtree, so expect Rafale, Typhoon, F-16, F-15, Su-35 etc etc” as per the normal claims. When its never been the case for any sub tree that every vehicle possible is suddenly added simply because it can be.
A sub tree is a sub tree. Simply each vehicle addition is considered on a per vehicle basis. Not a blanket add.
