Both aircraft that have a record for being able to take a missile or two and keep trucking irl and yet in game if you look at them wrong they fold like a leaf.
Honestly the people asking for the new modules for planes have either never played helicopters and tanks with with them or are doing it hoping it would effect a specific aircraft that they hate for some reason.
Hinds are some of the most well built helicopters irl and yet in game you can completely disable one with a single 7.62. Really good for gameplay guys trust.
Helis in general have been screwed over a lot by the damage model changes
Sure, some helis deserved to be more vulnerable, but the already flimsy helis and those that still lack a detailed damage model instantly become inoperable after taking minor damage
The fact that taking damage can prevent you from using countermeasures is extremely stupid from a gameplay perspective
that comment I made was for GRB even if it was at 50km it wouldn’t be very hard to do that lol for ARB it would be a lot harder due to planes inherently being able to split up a lot more, the issue in GRB is a team of 16 could have 8 SPAA but it doesn’t matter if all of their radars are set up in a 1x1km area (thats being generous for GRB)
I heard Gajin was adding the Chrysler TV-8 is this Rumor true? I also heard if you shot its nuclear engine, it would end the game and will fix the Russian bias.
