If they are adding AESA Typhoons to Italy and Germany, Leaving the FGR4 with CAPTOR-M Because “you have AESA from a C&P from India” would be the biggest BS ever.

Another C.10 Block 60 isn’t really an option.
Israel themselves didn’t operate the C.10 or the C.10 Block 60.
Only Colombia and Ecuador operate the Kfir C.10 and of those two, only Colombia bought the Block 60 upgrade.
The regular C.10 doesn’t have the AESA, so a C.10 operated by Ecuador wouldn’t be an option for an AESA plane.
What could be an option might be the Kfir NG, but I am struggling to find reliable information about it (not trusting the AI answers I’ve gotten lol)
Its almost like if i dont know anything about the other nations jets i can make wild assumptions to claim bias.
Good thing is spend my time looking at bug reports for every nations top tier jets because i find them interesting and it helps me to learn what they’re like in game.

The BR’s are far too compressed but thats cope to say you aren’t getting anything when youve had a 14.3 jet for about a year now, the Gripen will more than likely not be on par with the EFT or rafale going forward as its a year late. Lol and its main focus is EW, which isnt in game which again adding F22 now without stealth would make it kinda mid lol.
To be fair, the F-22 (with balanced missiles, of course) would be kinda mid even with stealth
Rafale has AESA. Its stronger than the Typhoon in pretty much every respect at the moment.

We tried to get CAPTOR-M Buffs. We’ve tried for an entire year. But nope. Denied, we got a few fixes 5 months ago which only really bodge a few of the issues.
So its time for AESA. Something the DEVS have specifically said is coming to ALL. I dont get why that would exclude the CEASER / CAPTOR-E from the Typhoon or why it would require a massive BR increase for the Typhoon?
Its not like AESA would suddenly make the Aim-120C5s good and in a dogfight most just use the HMD anyway.

Iris-t baseline has a max range of 25km for a2a engagements, of course, it depends on the model the missile.

Effective range for the IRIS-T is going to be more like 10km, 15 at a push.
ASRAAM is more like 50km MAX, with an effective range probably around 20-30km depending on launch conditions

Look im a Eurocanards fan and the Gripen is my favorite BUT i know its worse than the EFT especially given the heavier engine and larger body killed its flight performance for dogfighting. Its a BnZ fighter like the F15 sadly, because the Gripen E put all its points into the Arexis EW suite rather than anything else lmao. True development hell

And if that is an issue, we could get CEASER which was the AESA trialed in 2008 which would be largely on par with the AESA in the Rafale already.
The issue is the CAPTOR-M just cant keep track of a single target half the time and the situational awareness is very poor, it would be fine if it got P-Track, but Gaijin wont add P-Track to M-Scans
I’ve been saying it as well, the Gripen E really isn’t that good in a setting like War Thunder.
The things that make the Gripen E good IRL just flat out don’t exist ingame lol
