Its bad enough the balance between Aim-9M and Magic II/R-73.
Throwing what is basically a Gen 5 missile but without the seeker into the mix would be rather insane.
It would be like having Aim-9Ds and Magic IIs at the same BR and considering it balanced

tbh this would end very badly
Of course with AI gunners that could fire at ground targets but only if you flew within 200m of the enemy tanks :P

I don’t think ARM will be a tipping factor like this, they’re already restricted to use only against a specific vehicle class in a specific scenario. And they don’t seem to be hugely effective in Gaijin 's own tests, based on their comments abt them in the 2023 Q&A 's ( 1 , 2 ) and the SEAD mode article ( 3 ).
So they’ll more likely just come as an additional thing to throw at AI 's in Air modes/EC ( fun ) or waste time on in combined ground ( wtv )

I mean I know that the F-22 is a bit of a joke, but if they add the AESA EFTs than yeah the F-15EX better be there.
