You seem to be labelling everything that isn’t an entirely new class of vehicle as “C&P”. Without looking at any of the vehicles themselves in any detail.
The Thai vehicles do have their own unique differences to other variants of their families.
Again, I have answered this for you. The primary focus for content for Japanese aviation has been two fold.
Expanding its higher ranks
Introducing the Thai aviation line.
This is not to say that further domestic vehicles may not come in the future, but the primary focus has been on practical aircraft that boost the trees tools available both in ground and air in ways domestic Japanese aircraft cannot.

Out of curiosity, can the same ship be added multiple times as long as it has a different configuration or does it need to be a separate ship/boat (E.G since Algèrie is the sole ship of its class iirc, could it be added in different refits)?

I mean what is and isn’t copy paste is subjective and a pretty blurry line.
