F-14D Super Tomcat with 2x Aim-54C+ ECCM/Sealed, 6x Aim-120A/B, 4x Aim-9M, 780 CMs, 2nd Best Mech Scan radar in the game (with these maps anyways), 300km ranged IRST + TCS fusion to the radar will surely save toptier guys! I have a fever and it was in a dream I had. Also the Aim-54’s get their correct 25G pull and loft profile. Coming in December. Trust me.

In reality, I just hope it gets AMRAAM and some sort of maneuverability buff for the Phoenix. I know the radar and IRST will be bugged on release (and probably forever). The 2 extra Aim-9s probably won’t come either. Best case scenario Gaijin goes full fiction and gives us Aim-152 ACIMD (Meteor before Ramjet was cool) and some cool stuff like RIO functionality. But I’m just spitballing here.
Would be great but I think Gaijin are going to keep the F-14D for one of the smaller updates of the year, maybe March or the September update for 2026.

I do wish they’d make the F-5C less cold next update, ik 9Ls are particularly flare hungry lately but even then a fully after-burning F-5C shouldn’t be flaring a 9L from 700m with a single flare pop in rear aspect ;-;
I doubt we’ll see the later subs, especially the Type XXI(U-2540). Mostly cause it’s more or less the Bismarck of subs. Prob going to be saved for later. Can see the earlier sub types you listed being added tho.
Yeah. I was in the T10 a little while ago, fired at an Afterburning F-5E I think it was (certainly an F-5 of some discription) the 9L did a 30 degree turn and went for a nearby teammate instead because apparently they were hotter. I dont think the friendly was a in a jet with AB.
Weirdly I’ve been finding that flying F-5’s it’s easy to flare missiles from the rear but all-aspect missiles fired head-on to me completely ignore my flares and track perfectly.
Just today flying the F-5C I had a 9L fired from 2.5km at me and it completely ignored my flares. It doesn’t seem like a case of the missile being able to proxy off me but it actively tracks me and doesn’t even take a glance at the flares. But again only in head-ons.
Only been experiencing this in F-5’s though, I haven’t had this issue in anything else.
A top tier aircraft for Japan and China would be nice.
Since Japan is stuck at 13.7 and China at 14.0 with a mirage - China should really get something domestic.
