Because Yak-141 was a prototype aircraft simply given what it was going to get in operation.
AJAX has (just about) entered operation and will get what it has currently. Nothing stopping future versions or upgrades as with most modern vehicles. The same cant be said about Yak-141, its already at its peak.

I’ll have to dig for the PL-15 source again but when I find it I’ll post it here, as for the PL-10 there’s no source but it’s an educated guess as it’s an IRIS-T shaped object with TVC.
