Well that creates a double standard. The Yak-141 was never fitted with a R-60M. It was tested and considered with it, but Gaijin greenlit it anyway. So why cant this vehicle get what is/should be clearly the same treatment?

How is it worse than a Strf9040 ?
It weights 10 tons more but has a similar power-to-weight ratio, probably similar if not better armor (those 10 tons probably did not only go into the engine) and a much better gun (yes, the first-stage ammo rack size is THAT important) with, i’m guessing, an IRST tracker
my face after launching a HESH inside a building full of infantry just to see how I only get a “hit” in the middle of the screen

The Super Hornet’s never flew off of Forrestal-class carriers since the last of them was decommissioned the year before the Super Hornet had entered service.

Why are people always so excited about clear about-to-be-mid additions. Ill never understand this community, Ajax will be a huge shoot-here sign, MiG25 gimmicky af and J10C already seems to be completely mid if it ships with AL31s

Because Yak-141 was a prototype aircraft simply given what it was going to get in operation.
AJAX has (just about) entered operation and will get what it has currently. Nothing stopping future versions or upgrades as with most modern vehicles. The same cant be said about Yak-141, its already at its peak.
