Last I checked, nuking anywhere in the Pacific usually leads to giant monsters.
And there is no guarantee we’d have giant mechs or magical girls to fight them.

Speaking of America, maybe this next update we will see another HMMWV, that would be pretty cool (especially since the US doesn’t have a lot of wheeled vehicles currently). Would like some jeeps as well, don’t know how we haven’t gotten one yet.
