Thai Gripen C is a MS20 model, only non MS20 user of the gripen C is ZA. So yes it should be able to as MS20 and MS21 both are able to use Meteor IF SAAB engineers come down and modify the pylon for them to run.

Eh, If the plane is technically compatible it shouldn’t matter i think. For instance the mig29 get r27er because it was technically compatible not because it ever carried the missile.

BUT gaijin prefers to wait until we know their armament going forward, its more likely they would get a Later aim 120 model rather than Meteor.
