AESA (Active Electronically Scanned Array, active electronically scanned array) uses multiple transmitter and receiver modules. Some features of AESA:
can generate multiple beams on different radio frequencies simultaneously;
due to its ability to generate multiple frequencies over long distances, it is less vulnerable to interference;
has a high scanning speed and can track multiple targets or perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
