Quick question what fits more a nation’s been the same side or even the same Alliance since it’s foundation or the nation that left any organization that gave it ties to the host and acquire weapons from the nation hostel to the host?
The 23mm hits different its an absolute SPAA monster, the velocity and fire rate is great. Im hoping Sweden gets the Sisu 6x6 which has a 23mm mounted on the back for a 5.3 spaa since the USH is terrible lmao. Paper thin armor, slow, 2 crew members terrible SPAA imo but its cute so 10/10
5 eyes subtree would be cool but at this point britain is rivalling majors in terms of top tiers & variety, probably time to slow it down a bit with the subtree additions
Eh thats still debatable, if we do that then Denmark shouldn’t be allied with anyone, were taken by Germany so wouldn’t make sense for our WW2 vehicles to be with them but we also fought sweden 46 different times over 1000 years and 7 times while allied with them. Though current relations put all nordic countries into NORDEFCO
See Sweden doesn’t have any 5.x aircraft so we dont really have an option. The J21 and A21 are kinda mid against 6.x fighters when playing 5.7 so i mean i guess its just another L for Finland that gaijin skipped adding unique SPAA to actually fill gaps unlike SA. Which also now added OSA and Strela lol arguably the best SPAA for their BR
Eh Britain will get their stuff once they’ve milked the india and ZA players. Britain definitely will get a lot stronger especially in the 8.x range lol
Also Britain gets to have essentially 2 other subtrees unlike every other nation. You also got F18’s and a Vark despite them not being your subtrees. You also got the Goated Ram I. How can you say they don’t add things people want when youbget plenty of vehicles each year and now they are adding vehicles from all subnations and Psuedo subnations?
God boo hoo it must suck to get a wide array of diverse equipment that tries to appeal to all of Britain’s different players what a tragedy
Its from a different vehicle game, essentially people kept asking and the devs basically admitted every time they asked to use them they were turned down. Gaijin is a much larger studio so it could be different.
“Churchill with wheels”(or brick), is how I describe my experience with the ZA vehicles I’ve played. AKA the worse of the UK made worse.
People tell me to use its SPAA at 5.3, it took no time at all to go back to the Skink. No mobility, no armor, no ammo and a blind spot so big, you couldn’t even hit the moon crashing down on earth, it’s free CAS food.
It’s an unneeded, unfitting sub-tree that only looks good because it’s unique. It’s why the UK got India after all one nation with trouble relationship is fine, it’s when Gaijin thinks the can get away with all poor sub-tree additions.
Have you considered maybe they just dont fit your playstyle?
Ill admit i find some vehicles absolutely abysmal but some people do great in them. I could have a better KD on average and do worse in some tanks, we all have playstyles so perhaps you’re just not finding vehicles that fit you.
Trust me that is the most real thing with warthunder is that some good vehicles are just not good with some people and vice versa.
Something being physically unable to fit on an aircraft and thus never done in real life as far as all evidence shows isn’t exactly what I would call codswallop.
Again, we welcome evidence of a gunpod on these aircraft, but unfortunately sometimes things just are not possible in a practical sense.
Unfortunately this doesn’t work either. Some nations imported vehicles were simply “better” than the natios producer. Specifically because they made those models for export and either didnt use it themselves or had retired it by that point.
Thats also removing one of key unique things about actually unique or different export models that those nations get, thus negatively impacting some sub trees or nations entirely. On top of as you said, being potentially entirely fictional outcomes in some cases.
So whilst its a valid opinion / suggestion, its Unfortunately not a compromise with wide appeal.
