Probably gonna flesh out Indonesia before then if i had to guess
How can their be a last good sub-tree when their never was a good sub-tree?
Possibly yeah, but I think we can still expect something like the Hawk 208 as a tech tree vehicle soon
They also have some other interesting designs, like Tamoyo and Osorio tanks, Cascavel, Urutu and Sucuri, but I prefer LATAM TT or something like Spanish TT with some Latin American and Portuguese stuff. Italian TT already has Romania and Hungary, plus Italy itself still has a lot (I mean A LOT) of potential additions, while USA doesn’t need any subtree at all with their almost unlimited stuff.
Debatable, you put a bad name on the glorious sarcs my friend thats quite evil. But realistically in a manner of representation SA was the best tree. Nearly all unique. The subtree right after that literally had 1 unique tank with all other unique attributes being skipped over in favor of C&P (cough cough fire and Ice)
Additionally Finland didn’t fill any gaps past 3.7 everything else was basically ignored
Still no patria in tech tree

Don’t worry Britain will probably get another TT Patria before Finland lmao
Shame too, since the badger is ABYSMAL, they could’ve added something like the Polish one, with a semi-functional autocannon
Again ive heard Rosomak is annoying to get licensing on their vehicles, could be why we haven’t seen them yet, very cool designs that hopefully are saved for a Baltic state esq TT
Right it’s unique and that it, it got nothing else going for at and even feels like a nerf. (It one C&P is better then all of its domestic and all the British stuff is better)
I’ve said it a billion times before “unique ≠ good”. Especially, when it’s both not needed and barely fits the host (there are far better nations it could have gotten despite not needing any)
A sub-tree needs to pass at least 3 things to be good:
-
Is it unique?
-
Is it needed?
-
Dose it fit the host?
If you notice ZA passes 1/3. When I last did this Finland came closest to winning the the title of “best sub-tree” tied with Thailand passing 2/3 points(most sub-trees only pass one)
If you’re only interested in competitive lineup filler then sure, but as someone who wants to see the more unique vehicles from our defense forces, it’s very low down on the list, they didn’t even bother with ww2 stuff past the bt42
I guess start early gen ARM
The current gen PGM bunker buster ?
That is actual cope and you are either in denial or straight of full of it. The ZA-35 is a better SPAA than the Chieftan Marksman and equal to TD role as the Falcon. The G6 is a better FV4005, the Concept 3 gives britain an actually fast light tank at a fairly good BR for Britain. The Rooikats also give britain a selection of spread out BR light tanks with great mobility. The 76mm one leaves a lot to be desired.
We can keep going on but the fact that you even suggested that the majority was worse is pure cope. Thats me leaving out the rest of the SA SPAA and air units. Regardless SA has done a lot to properly represent SA as a unique subtree while adding for the most part good and unique vehicles.
I did say closest, they didn’t win, and the lack of care for WW2 is a big part of that. No one sub-tree did(which fuels when I call the system a failure from the start).
What are you ranking off of?
Uniqueness or competitiveness
British Cope
Eh id say had Hungary air actually had unique low to mid BR air options it would’ve won, ground was sorta solid with quite a few domestic vehicles and copy and paste used to fill gaps.
I mean the only vehicles we actually altered in the ground subtree are the Leo Marksman (missing the t55) and bt42
Gaijin you forgot the rest…
And poor sturmi
For your own criteria idk how you came to the conclusion Finland was 2nd best.
Was it needed yes but not implemented correctly so no. Was it unique no, was it a good fit, couldve been but no. Which fails all three. Especially as it didn’t fix gaps aside from 3.7 ground. Air still lacks a 5.x aircraft and only added vehicles to pre existing BR’s. Finland lacks any original content for the most part and still has yet to contribute anything meaningful to fix the BR’s
