Wether it gets the light tank or medium tank class in-game entirely depends on Gaijin.
I’m expecting it to be a light tank in-game, just like the M8s

I mean, it weighs almost as much as certain MBTs, its top speed is similar to that of an MBT and it has a 105mm gun
I feel like the armour is going to be the deciding factor. If it doesn’t have good protection it’s most likely going to be a light tank in WT

It’s allegedly resistant to 30mm rounds on front and 14.5 on sides, but I can’t find any values so I don’t actually know. Another reason why it shouldn’t be added over something like the XM1302.

Indeed. As we have previously already explained. There are no plans for this currently. Hence why they are a sub tree of the British tree.

Hey. Its too soon to go into spesific details about what new ordinance may or may not be within the next major. This is the sort of content covered in dev streams and the dev server for what new things come to the game in that regard.

It’s going to be mediocre no matter what it’s classified as. However at least when classified as a light tank it’ll be basically pointless instead, while when classed as a medium tank it would be completely pointless in game.
