The only thrust vectoring J10 was a singular J10B fitted with a TVC engine for testing purposes, that’s it though. I’m not entirely sure if it was even combat capable, but it might have been, others would know more about the specifics of it!
I hope we’ll still see it in game at some point, especially for when Gaijin decide to bring back the Bullet Hell mode.

That with the mig29 ovt and f16xl, sadly the f15 stol cant come due to the missing gun
yeah its unfortunate that a bunch of the tvc programs for the US had their weapons capability removed - good thing the 29ovt and j-10b actually keeps their weapons after getting tvc unlike the muricans

Yeah, Romania can bring more stuff and I hope Gaijin will finally start to implement their unique modifications into the regular tree. Although Hungary could still bring more vehicles like more Toldi (including TD) and Turan modifications, Nimrod, T-55 SRZP, T-72 Currus, Me 210Ca-1 (including 40 mm variant), WM-21, HÉJA, Ju 86K-2, maybe some of A-H ships (at least those ended in Italian hands) and, if we are lucky, stuff like WM-23 and 44M TAS.

Part of the leak idk if it’s for the next update specifically but going of what other tech trees went through particularly naval, I’d would assume you have to buy limited time packs to gain access to the beta and then wait awhile before the tech trees come out.
