Dunno why they would go back and reduce it to 15km after increasing it to 20km, but I feel like there aren’t many cases where that would matter
2S38, HSTVL are the things i can list out of the top of my head.

Out of all the vehicles ingame, I would have expected the VIDAR and PzH 2000 to have a higher LRF max range, but I guess they either don’t have that IRL, or Gaijin hasn’t bothered giving them that capability as well
Dunno, I’ve just tested a couple vehicles, including some with IRST auto trackers, but none of them have a higher LRF range than 10km
we can always 2A80 mortar on the bmp3 hull

Sorry, not the great conspiracy about Gaijin nerfing stuff in order to obtain sources, at least not this time.

Radar/IRST ranging and LRF are completely independent from eachother in this game.

Theres a lot of things i could bug report about the Vidar like the M107 shell velocity being incorrect, BUT im not going to as it lets me sit behind cover and shoot at people lol. Same gun as the PZH 2000 but ill never report it and there so much animosity on sweden that nobody else would bother to report it lmao.

I mean, the radar and IRST ranges on the ZA-35 don’t even exceed 10km or 12km respectively, so the LRF range couldn’t have matterd for that (at least in game)
I always thought the velocity was a bit of a bummer since only the M107 has a proxy fuze (at least in-game), and 580 m/s isn’t ideal for dealing with aircraft
I hope the bmp-t72 and bmp-t come at once and it wont be like the BMD where only one exists for a couple of years. Its sad they are putting another naval event before the actual good event like naval events are just stalls.

mig-25 would be fun too if there finally adding it, can actually not have burnout from this game and enjoy a fun thing both for air and ground
